The production process starts even before the first machine is put into operation. The choice of wood is one of the most important factors that affect all other production processes - from the speed of production to the length of burning of the kindling. Most often these are varieties of trees such as pine, spruce.

The wood is then cut into smaller pieces of a size suitable for a planing machine. The machine produces wood chips about 50 centimeters long and 0.2 mm thick. These parameters can be freely adjusted depending on the customer's needs. The wool is then dried (usually a period of 1-2 weeks) and twisted by hand with the help of a weaving wheel that weaves a rope from wood wool and then winds it on special spools designed for this.

Then the rope is cut into shorter pieces, which are soaked in wax and dried in a special room designed for this purpose with adequate ventilation. The last production step is cutting the rope into smaller pieces, which then go to our customers. All processes, excluding the production of wood wool rope, are automated and allow for any manipulation of each parameter of the final product. .

Selection

The choice of wood is very important, it affects all other production steps and their course, as well as the appearance and final quality of the product.

Shredding

In the next step, using a special machine, the wood is processed into wood wool with a unique and pleasant smell.

Twisting

Then, with the help of a weaving wheel, the wool is rolled into a tight cord and wound on a spool.

Cutting

In this process, the rope is cut to a selected length, pieces, which will then be packed into cartons as xfire firelighter.

Packaging

The firelighter is packed according to the customer's needs. Most often, pallet shipping includes the default package sizes described below. We are able to fulfill the order both in pallet shipping and bigbags, bags, cartons, vacuum packaging, and adjust the size of the carton at your request.
